Piacentina strengthens its production capacity

the new Piacentina Technoplast division is born

Piacentina S.p.A. is pleased to announce the signing of a contract for the acquisition of the business branch of the individual company Gheroplast of Ghezzi Davide based in Casalmaggiore (CR). This company specializes in plastic injection molding, on its own or on behalf of third parties, in the sectors housewares/house cleaning and accessories for brush factories.

Gheroplast, a historic company founded by the Ghezzi family, boasts very long experience in the plastic molding sector, with a fleet of 8 presses for plastic molding available in various tonnages on a surface area of ​​1,500 m2.

The collaboration will continue to be based on a well-defined strategy, which involves the integration of Davide Ghezzi’s skills with the resources and infrastructures of la Piacentina S.p.A.

This approach will guarantee an effective and productive synergy, further promoting development and strengthening on the national and international market, allowing Piacentina S.p.A. to establish itself more and more and reach new goals.

This announcement comes in addition to the 2023 acquisition of the sole trader Storti Stefano, which marked another crucial step in our expansion.
